Synopsis

Uncle Charley secured a deposit on a vacation lot within the picturesque Whispering Pines, only to find himself entangled in a slick, high-pressure real estate scheme. The family soon discovered the property’s unfortunate location—at the base of a formidable canyon. Furthermore, it bordered a dilapidated shack inhabited by an unkempt family who quickly revealed themselves as wholly unsuitable neighbors.
