Synopsis

Robbie Douglas discovered just how disruptive a little brother could be when Chip, along with a friend, crashed his date with a lovely girl, monopolizing the appetizers and generally making a spectacle of themselves. The following afternoon, fueled by this annoyance, Robbie devised a plan, setting his other brother Ernie loose to playfully torment Chip and his own date.
