Synopsis

When thirteen-year-old Chip declared he was throwing a party—a party for girls, no less—the Douglas family faced it with admirable fortitude. As the evening arrived, however, disaster struck: the record player sputtered and died, leaving Chip to consider the potential collapse of his inaugural teenage gathering. Fortunately, Steve had an idea.
