Synopsis

While Chip and Sudsy were out collecting candy on Halloween night, they spotted a ghostly figure with a flickering candle moving within the darkened, empty house beside theirs. The sight terrified them utterly, yet when they tried to tell Steve and Bub what they'd seen, their friends simply refused to believe it.
