Synopsis

A wave of loneliness washed over Chip as Sudsy began devoting all his attention to a new acquaintance in the neighborhood. Sensing his distress, the whole family united in an effort to cheer him up; their attempts proved remarkably successful, perhaps even a little *too* successful.
