Synopsis

Chip’s classmates were eager to mark his tenth birthday with a party, but he wished to exclude a few particular girls from the celebration. Still, when Steve contracted German measles, and Bub mentioned it to Sudsy's mother, a wave of apprehension swept through the neighborhood; suddenly, parents decided against allowing their children near the house, fearing contagion.
