Synopsis

Driven by a desire to triumph in an upcoming art contest, Chip attempted to deceive his teachers, coming perilously close to success thanks to Bub, who had secretly created the artwork itself. His teacher, impressed by the painting, offered to display it for the school board’s consideration at the Principal's office. Discovering this plan, Chip concocted a scheme with Sudsy, determined to retrieve the painting before its public unveiling.
