Synopsis

The routine traffic stop unfolded into something far more unsettling. The driver, fleeing the scene of a collision with a man desperately holding onto the hood of her vehicle, was taken into custody. Simultaneously, elsewhere, another man attempted to poison his nephew’s lunch.
