Synopsis

The sea held a man captive, but he fought his confinement with a desperate swim toward the distant ships of the law. Inland, a figure in a blue bonnet made a furtive theft – a supply of baby formula snatched from an unsuspecting source. And in a domestic dispute, a mother’s frustration escalated to violence, resulting in arrest for assault after a confrontation with a housemate.
