Synopsis

Earl’s well-intentioned gift of a hot tub for Joy takes a disastrous turn, leaving her confined to a makeshift bubble due to a virulent toe infection. While she recovers, Earl must step into the role of the new Joy. Navigating salon gossip and procuring meat from a stranger's trunk, he uncovers details about the Turner family. He learns of a possible social impediment affecting Dodge and Earl Jr., a condition that seems to preclude them from forming friendships. Can Earl remedy this as well?
