Synopsis

For the first time, teams will have the honor of catering for a wedding day, a truly special occasion. The challenge involves preparing a three-course reception dinner for ninety guests. Each of the three teams will craft a menu featuring Modern Australian cuisine, with one team responsible for the entrée, another for the main course, and the third for dessert.
