For the past twelve years, the couple from Adelaide have operated their own business, finding in cooking a welcome respite from their professional lives. Their passion for it is such that they even renovated their home, removing a wall to expand the kitchen. "We cherish the entire process," Reade says, "from sourcing ingredients to the preparation and the act of cooking itself." Reade, 46, had aspirations of becoming a chef after graduating, but a misunderstanding thwarted those plans. "My
