Synopsis

Harry found a peculiar pleasure in the arrival of a new car destined for the window display. This fleeting joy, however, fractured after an encounter with Rose, who had recently received a call from his mistress, Ellen Love. The disappointment sent him spiraling; he drank deeply and replayed a painful memory from childhood as he drove the car into the night. Elsewhere, Agnes found herself in disagreement with Victor upon her return to Selfridges, though Henri was pleased to see her again.
