I largely steered clear of this series until someone suggested I check it out near the end of season two. Beginning with the initial episode, I was able to watch all of season one in a row, and by the time I reached the conclusion of season two, I’d watched everything straight through. Like another viewer mentioned, I became completely absorbed in the show; watching each installment back-to-back, without any breaks between weeks, meant that as soon as one episode concluded, I'd immediately start the next. I grew so invested that I eagerly anticipated each new episode weekly, and I was disappointed to learn that season four would be the final one. My initial reluctance to watch it stemmed from a worry that the show wouldn’t live up to its promotion; many programs about technology over-promise and under-deliver on the tech itself—in this case, hacking techniques. This series actually delivers. The character of Elliot feels authentic, and the technical details presented are genuine commands. It's clear the writing team put in a lot of effort. If you’re looking for superficial or stylized depictions of hacking, I suggest watching the movie *Hackers*. However, if you find yourself fascinated by actual hacking practices and the way of thinking involved, this show will not only hold your attention but also teach you something along the way.
