Synopsis

When Mrs. Wicket handed Mr. Bean some money to have Scrapper groomed, he was utterly astonished by the price. Rather than pay it, he purchased a simple grooming kit, kept the remaining funds, and proceeded to give the cat a makeshift makeover himself, all without Mrs. Wicket’s knowledge.
