Synopsis

The premature thaw of spring sends the bears lumbering from their dens weeks earlier than expected in the vast expanse of the Alaska Range. For Jason, the long search for a place to belong concludes; yet for Eustace and Preston, their desperate pursuit of a destination dissolves into disappointment.
