Synopsis

In pursuit of game, Mike encounters a mother bear and her cub as the first snows approach. Chance works against the clock to complete his livestock barn before winter fully sets in. Lauro and Neil break through the frozen river ice to gather beaver and fish. Bret and Ivy ascend their cabin roof, installing solar panels to provide clean energy for their homestead. Elsewhere, Paul enjoys a successful season, his coyote and beaver traplines yielding a bountiful harvest.
