Synopsis

The consequences of Victor’s impulsive choices have now caught up with him. He is forced to evade both the New York Police Department and those who seek his death. The terms of this pursuit are starkly simple, yet unforgiving: capture during the hunt means the hunt itself will continue indefinitely.
