Synopsis

Mark, Digger, and Tim serve as esteemed judges in a competition where accomplished amateur distillers, operating on both legal and illicit sides of the law, vie to create mezcal—Mexico's smoky spirit. Their task is to evaluate concoctions made from agave mash, utilizing traditional regional recipes and, in some cases, unconventional ingredients like meat.
