The initial installment of Moon Knight proved quite enjoyable overall. It moved at a brisk speed, although occasionally it felt excessively hurried, making it difficult to grasp both the unfolding events and the protagonist’s internal state. My primary concern was the visual effects; they seemed substandard, hastily produced, and detracted significantly from some otherwise promising action sequences. Oscar Isaac delivered an outstanding performance as usual, and his British accent was particularly noteworthy. Ethan Hawke's contribution was adequate, though he had limited screen time, while the remainder of the ensemble cast performed well. I don’t have any significant complaints at this point, but I need to watch the subsequent episodes since the ultimate merit of this origin story hinges on their content. The soundtrack selections were appropriate, the camerawork stood out as exceptionally strong for a Marvel project, and the general production quality convinced me. I'm eager to continue watching.
