Synopsis

Dr. Tenma's defiance of Dr. Heinemann's orders regarding the mayor's operation exacts a heavy price. His professional standing deteriorates rapidly. The boy he had saved stirs from his coma, but a dreadful event unfolds in the immediate aftermath.
