Synopsis

Natalie’s innocent assistance in a bicycle theft – the property of a prominent biotechnology executive – unexpectedly draws Monk into a mystery reminiscent of the classic "Encyclopedia Brown" stories. However, Monk soon discovers that the thief is far more perilous than he initially imagined.
