Synopsis

With the leaders of every rival school now vanquished, Ritsu experienced a heady sense of power. His triumph was short-lived. He found himself facing his older brother, Mob. Aware of Ritsu’s long-held desire for psychic ability, Mob offered congratulations. But Ritsu met his brother's words with coldness. Unseen, a mysterious man observed the brothers from afar. He swiftly seized Ritsu, attempting to pull him away. In response, Mob unleashed his powers to intervene.
