Carl Reid, a key distributor for the Syndicate’s cocaine operation, relies on Fernando Laroca as his primary supplier. Together, they have established a network of discreet rendezvous points for pickups and payments. A substantial shipment is scheduled within the next seventy-two hours, and the IMF must prevent its completion. To achieve this, the IMF manipulated Reid's second-in-command, Conrad, into leading them to the drugs, though Conrad himself remains ignorant of the shipment’s location. A
