Synopsis

Dr. Paul Morse, a government scientist, intends to sell the biological weapon TOD-5 to the terrorist organization, Alpha Group, and its leader, Dr. Flory. The IMF must locate Morse’s contact, Gordon Holt, and persuade him to lead them to Alpha headquarters. Upon arriving in the small town designated as the exchange point, Holt discovers it under quarantine, gripped by a deadly outbreak.
