Synopsis

The IMF has sixteen hours to locate a nuclear device planted by the extortionist Dr. Cooper within one of seven Pacific Coast cities, and to identify his accomplices responsible for its disarmament. Tracking Cooper, the IMF leads him to a cafe and stages a false radio broadcast, announcing that his demands would be met. At that moment, Jim and Mimi infiltrate the cafe disguised as prisoners, seizing Cooper and his associates hostage. The IMF then allows Cooper to contact his associate, Roger
