Synopsis

Alex Pierson, a burgeoning figure within the Syndicate, has enlisted the services of Dr. Burke, a behavioral psychologist with a disturbing innovation: a method to psychologically manipulate men into becoming killers. Pierson attracts criminals from the underworld with promises of cosmetic surgery, delivering them to Burke for reprogramming.
