Synopsis

The Stafford family, a syndicate of drug smugglers operating in Southeast Asia, have absconded with eight million dollars from a military payroll. The International Monetary Fund is now tasked with its recovery. Jim and Barney commandeer a Stafford truck, subsequently offering its return to the family in exchange for "protection."
