Synopsis

Kroll and Stevens are the heads of the Northeast Syndicate, and the IMF must dismantle their organization. In 1937, the pair murdered a rival mobster, concealed the body, and eliminated the witnesses. To achieve their objective, the IMF needs Kroll to lead them to the remains. They apprehend Kroll, administer a sedative, and undergo extensive cosmetic alterations to make him appear as he did in '37.
