Synopsis

Chandler, the syndicate's head, has an alibi supplied by Lieutenant Governor Harrison, a man firmly under his control. Chandler orchestrates the institutionalization of Nora Dawson, the sole witness, and then ensures she is driven to madness within a mental hospital he manages. The IMF has twenty-four hours to extract her and secure her testimony. Jim arranges for Casey's commitment, placing her in a cell adjacent to Nora's.
