Synopsis

Agent Hays, operating undercover to gather evidence against Syndicate leader John Lawton, is blinded in an explosion. Lawton’s lieutenant, Deetrich, and his business advisor, Matula, are rivals; Matula is secretly an IMF operative, and the agency must prevent his exposure while ensuring he assumes Lawton's position.
