Synopsis

Jim’s return to Norville, a homecoming intended for the donation of family property, reveals a town gripped by fear. A serial killer stalks the streets. Working in secret, Jim enlists Barney’s assistance in uncovering the truth. The prime suspect, a troubled Vietnam veteran, is quickly proven innocent. They secure his release from jail just ahead of a shadowy mob, and then summon the full resources of the IMF to hunt down the killer who truly plagues Norville.
