Synopsis

Minister of Culture Milos Kuro has engaged in a campaign of propaganda aimed at discrediting Premier Leon Vados, a leader striving for a non-aggression pact with the United States. During a visit to the U.S., Kuro witnesses a play by Cinnamon that subtly undermines both Vados and the American position. He then orchestrates its staging in his own country.
