Synopsis

Carl Vandaam, a once-wealthy European now reduced to bankruptcy, is orchestrating the theft of plutonium with the intention of building a hydrogen bomb for sale to the highest bidder. To prevent such a devastating weapon from falling into dangerous hands, the IMF must intervene.
