Synopsis

Dr. Oswald Beck, a scientist working for a hostile nation, has engineered a bacterium capable of causing bacterial meningitis. He has further mutated it so that it kills its host and then becomes dormant within hours. The IMF's mission is to eliminate the initial culture and neutralize Beck. Rollin takes the place of the designated test subject, while Barney replaces the bacterial cylinder with one containing knockout gas, deploying a balloon to capture the fumes.
