Synopsis

Manuel Delgado, leader of the nation's freedom movement, now languishes in the dictatorship’s prison. His closest confidant, Cardoza, has orchestrated his own arrest, but suspicion among the inmates casts him as a betrayer. The International Monetary Fund must intervene to protect Cardoza from his fellow prisoners and uncover the true source of the betrayal. Under the guise of prisoners, Jim and Barney enter the facility, while Rollin serves as a guard and Cinnamon as a Red Cross representative.
