Synopsis

A scheme to undermine the value of the American dollar was hidden upon a prized emerald. This gem, however, fell into the possession of Victor Tomar, an international arms dealer, through a series of unforeseen events. Unbeknownst to Tomar, Yorgi Petrosian, an agent of a rival power, was aboard the same vessel, tasked with retrieving the emerald.
