Synopsis

Frank Wayne, at the helm of the Syndicate, poses a grave threat to the United States. By concealing the Mob's illicit wealth in a Swiss bank account, he imperils the nation's gold reserves. The IMF must recover these funds and bring Wayne to justice. Jim applies pressure, compelling Wayne to transfer his records to the Syndicate’s headquarters. With the assistance of Barney, Jim subpoenas Wayne and subjects him to rigorous questioning, while Rollin meticulously studies Wayne's mannerisms in prep
