Synopsis

Andreas Solowiechek, part of a Communist trade delegation, is apprehended following the assassination of Senator Townsend. Townsend’s champion, McMillan, is galvanizing his followers to sever all trade negotiations with the Russians. It is suspected Solowiechek acted without direct orders from his government, necessitating intervention from the IMF team. Rollin is assigned as Solowiechek's cellmate and arranges to be handcuffed to him. He then stages a fabricated escape, threatening Solowiechek
