Synopsis

Josef Varsh intends to prosecute an American on fabricated charges, undermine the West's standing, and consolidate his own authority. Disguised as Dan, Rollin meets with a woman who betrayed her boyfriend, a Western intelligence operative. Simultaneously, Briggs himself is meeting with the Deputy Minister, a reformer and Varsh’s political rival.
