Synopsis

Dr. Cherlotov, a scientist working for an opposing power, had not managed to defect when his wife did. Now that he had developed a cost-effective anti-ballistic system, the IMF were tasked with extracting him. They soon discovered, however, that Cherlotov had no intention of defecting; he simply wished to reassure his superiors of his loyalty and live out his days within his own country.
