Synopsis

The old school was determined to orchestrate a gathering for Miranda, a social introduction designed to find her a suitable match. Miranda, unfortunately adept at avoiding commitments, found herself cornered. But when a photograph of her prospective date was presented, the man’s appearance was so profoundly unappealing that deception seemed the only recourse. She knew she would have to confide in her mother.
