It’s hard to believe how poorly conceived the initial episode was, and I wonder what they thought would capture an audience with something so lifeless. This series seems likely to be among the least impressive dramas centered on wealthy people. The visual presentation is as unappealing as the house's design. Furthermore, the mystery aspects were completely unnecessary and of low quality, resulting in a disappointing culmination and explanation. The attempts to build suspense by hinting at future events each week felt forced. Characters acted in an overly sentimental way, avoiding any real conflict for the sake of contrived romantic scenes. Every secondary storyline the show introduced was carelessly written and lacked depth. While the actors performed adequately, it wasn’t enough to elevate the series to a watchable standard.
