Synopsis

Milo and his companions endeavor to preserve the antique clock housed in City Hall, a timepiece originally conceived by Melissa’s great-grandmother. Simultaneously, Doof attempts to assist the city with a task – the removal of unsightly gum from the sidewalks – all under the watchful eye of Agent P.
