Synopsis

Seeking a way to emulate Kaz’s effortless spontaneity, Oliver seeks out Neocortex, a superhero known for his ability to reshape thought. Under Neocortex's influence, Oliver attempts to shed his inhibitions. However, during a critical situation, Oliver’s newfound recklessness proves detrimental, compelling Kaz to assume the burden of responsibility.
