The show really hammers this point home. In another time, these kinds of depictions would be considered prejudiced, but now episodes are being produced when people openly embrace such biases. For audiences, it’s similar to experiencing a "woke" program in America—you can anticipate who committed the crime because they resemble Trump. In Britain, it's typically a Christian or Jewish character. The whole thing is rather unpleasant.
