Synopsis

He had to understand the mind of a madman, a feat few officers attempted, let alone succeeded at. The strategy was fraught with peril; a fellow officer, attempting the same approach, had ended up confined to a psychiatric ward. Yet, with each calculated step, he tried to anticipate the killer’s actions, to see the world through his fractured perception. It was a dangerous dance, walking the tightrope between understanding and succumbing to the darkness he sought to comprehend.
