Synopsis

The surprise on Jake’s birthday deepened with the unexpected arrival of his mother. Elsewhere, Billy was robbed at gunpoint after letting someone out of his car in South Central, and subsequently began to exhibit troubling signs of racial bias—a development that deeply angered Rhonda. Meanwhile, Jane and Michael found themselves arguing following a particularly insensitive remark he made during their parenting class.
