Synopsis

Mel was cultivating a carefully constructed public persona, and had invited a television reporter to profile her and her children. Celeste Vega (Valery Ortiz) learned of this arrangement, and subtly steered the narrative toward Joe. Stephanie cautioned Joe that the upcoming piece wouldn't present Mel in a favorable light. Consequently, Joe made his way to Celeste’s office to offer his defense of Mel.
