Synopsis

*Megastructure* explores the creation of one of Dubai’s most remarkable feats of engineering. The documentary examines Palm Jumeirah Island, charting its design and construction methods while also detailing the challenges encountered along the way. These include concerns stemming from the events of September 11th, as well as issues related to corrosion and extreme weather conditions.
